She specializes in providing strategic planning, professional development and performance training, grant writing and technical assistance to non-profit, tribal, local and federal organizations. Dorsey started TAD Grants in 2008 and has gone on to develop a team of professional consultants across the country to improve Workforce Development Programs and Systems as well as the quality and quantity of participant services offered across the U.S.
