The Business of Customer Service

The focus of this training will be on serving internal and external customers, job seekers and business customers. This two day training will provide strategies and techniques  for  building relationships with our customers, providing individualized services with compassion and empathy while ensuring each customer receives exceptional customer service tailored to meet their needs.

Those that successfully complete the training and demonstrate their competence through their documented application of knowledge will earn a certificate of completion  while raising the professional standards for customer service within their organization. Course completion will provide each student with 12 hours of Continuing Education Hours.

Course Schedule:  June 6th and 7th, 2023 9:00am to 3:30pm Both Days
