Certified Business Services Consultant™ Training
 

This Business Services Consultant curriculum is developed with input from leaders and practitioners within the Workforce and Economic Development Industries to ensure its fidelity and applicable value in the field. Those that successfully complete the training and demonstrate their competence through their documented application of knowledge will earn their certification while raising the professional standards for Business Services across the country. This course is pre-approved for continuing education hours for those that hold the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential by the Center for Credentialing & Education.

This course consists of five live instructor-led interactive classes lasting 2 hours each. It combines individual course work and assignments with group activities and discussion. Attendees from around the country will work together, learning the four-step  CBSC™  process and share best practices for engaging the business community.

Course Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 2:00pm-4:00pm eastern. (Can be customized for private groups)

Once a student successfully completes the course they will complete a Field Study on a business in their community and document their efforts and demonstrate their mastery of the competencies of the CBSC™ training. After a review of their final project, successful students will earn their Business Services Consultant Certification.
