Case Management Fundamentals

This course targets workforce development staff who provide job seeker services and workforce development case management.  Content is designed to orient new hires or present staff to the important role of case management within the workforce development system and will equip learners with the key elements of an effective case management system, the fundamental roles and responsibilities of a case manager/career practitioner, and the case management-focused process that will enable them to successfully guide job seekers through workforce development programs and services.

Please Note: Due to the rising cost of labor and the use of resources to process invoices and other services, TAD Grants will charge 3% of the total amount due when a student requests an invoice, Purchase Order and/or TAD Grants to purchase the Required Student Manual, coordinate payment for Association Membership Dues and/or Credential Application Fees.
