Enhanced Certified Business Services Consultant™ Training Oklahoma
This Business Services Consultant curriculum is developed with input from leaders and practitioners within the Workforce and Economic Development Industries to ensure its fidelity and applicable value in the field. Those that successfully complete the training and demonstrate their competence through their documented application of knowledge will earn their certification while raising the professional standards for Business Services across the country. This course is pre-approved for continuing education hours for those that hold the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential by the Center for Credentialing & Education.

Day One – April 4th, 2023 | 10:00 am to 4:00 pm | Content: Business Engagement Step 1 of the CBSC™ process
Day Two – April 5th, 2023 | 9:00 am to 4:00 pm | Content: CBSC™ Process Steps 2 & 3 Discovery and Solutions with activities and case study review.
Day Three – April 6th, 2023 | 9:00 am to 1:00 pm | Content: CBSC™ Process Step 4 Follow-Up, Customer Service, Case Study review and Certification Requirements Review
This course combines individual coursework and assignments with group activities and discussions. Attendees will work together, learning the four-step CBSC™ process and sharing best practices for engaging the business community.
Once a student successfully completes the course they will complete a Field Study on a business in their community and document their efforts and demonstrate their mastery of the competencies of the CBSC™ training. After a review of their final project, successful students will earn their Business Services Consultant Certification.
