Walter has been a workforce professional for 10 years, holding various positions in South Carolina, the District of Columbia, and Maryland; he is known for his unique workforce development strategies, his big picture vision, and for the creation of several multi-million dollar initiatives that have transformed the way workforce development is done across his region.
